    Need more info about your motor then its a 2014 4 stroke. What is the motor serial number? Is this a new to you motor? Don't use anymore starting fluid, its hard on the motor. Squirt gas

    Yes it would be good, but will also say it would be my guess that since both are the same number, more then likely they are marine. We just don't have access to the old Delco parts books to verify. most starts on those motors last forever. If you want to double check, find a starter rebuild...

    Good thing about draining from the pan is you get more out. It should drain faster if the oil is warmed up. Same goes with suction method, if oil is not warm it goes slow. If I pull the motor again I'll put a drain hose in, but use the suction pump to pull from it

    Yes, But The issue with buying from Amazon is even Amazon doesn't back the product. There has been many knock off parts which have issues. Not saying the seller in the link is one of those, just something to think about

    Sounds like with on/off only you should be setup this way The alarm is not there in your case, but not it has 2 fuses

    Last time I bought gimbal bearnings, I got them from bearing supply in Louisville. One is Link belt and other was Timken. Buying on-line is a crap shoot, so unless your buying Timken, FAG, Link Belt then I would buy Merc or Volvo Penta I try to stay away from Sierra

    Cleaning O2 sensor

    Not an OB guy but maybe my comment will bring them in You don't want any kind of moisture near a O2 sensor. The carb cleaner may not totally burn off before it gets to the sensor, and if this happens it can damage it. What kind of problem are you having?

    Always best to give us a serial number Being a 2005, there is a chance you have the flat style cap (HVS) which most call a crap cap. If this is the case then they are the same as auto To be sure let us know what you have

    Grease in the bellows is of no issue or concern. Your bearing feels fine then it should be good. My 1995 Rinker still has the original bearing in it
