    Tad bit windy today ...

Well we have survived and it's forecast to be close to 60f soon. Heat pump is frozen solid and haven't had any mail or deliveries since last Tuesday. Still have a few groceries left but no booze so it's time. :)

1998 Crownline 202br engine compartment access

My 1980 CC scorpion 210 was old enough it had no fiberglass interior, just vinyl covered plywood panels and the jump seats just sat on a couple of rails. I had a rude awakening when I got the 1995 searay 220.

1998 Crownline 202br engine compartment access

I've decided most I/Os are like that if it has a sundeck and bench seat. A dog house and jump seats are much better for engine access but are rarely seen after 1980.

Just thought I'd share a nice photo.

I remember that time. I probably wouldn't like it much if I had to deal with it all winter.

Just thought I'd share a nice photo.

Well my best guess is about 6-8 inches. It's real pretty. This is the most I've seen since living here the last 15 years.

    Tad bit windy today ...

Yep my machine is 20 years old and I've been with it about 15. It's always done a good job and I figure I'll replace it soon, maybe sooner than later.i had a tech tell me to run it until it quits so I'll turn the thermostat down and get some firewood..:)

I'm looking at a low of 6 degrees next Tuesday night with strong winds. Maybe time to help the heat pump out with the fireplace..the old Jetstream is working just fine and as I write this it's 55 on the back deck.:)

If you bought a boat missing a valve cover you probably have a few more problems. Go thru it with a fine comb.

    1975 oday 22

You seemed determined to install air horns, and that thought came to mind but the little hand held canister is good. They generally fit in a cup holder and are there when you need it but can be stored below easily when you don't. I've been sailing most of my long life and tend to be a minimalist...

Sounds like a plan, but I had a thought for the horn. If you mount a bow sprit on your boat and hung the horn under it that might work.

    1975 oday 22

You know my thoughts, nothing above the rub rail that's not necessary to sail the boat. Sailor's go to great pains to prevent sails being damaged by the spreaders. Sails are expensive.

If the internal tank is missing then get a 6gal portable to test with before you spend coin on a new internal tank.

I don't like where you located the stern light. I suspect the main sheet will remove it in short order. Or a dock line.

Don't, you'll never get it water tight.
