    Must be a major leak if water is showing up in the monitor jug.. I would drain the drive ASAP.

    Buy an access plate, cut hole in floor to fit, replace sender and install access plate although you probably have bigger problems if the tank is leaking..

    You have a good start and don't want to compromise with someone so simple as filler..if you have the coin you might consider using full epoxy.

    That's a good concept but be sure it doesn't absorb water like bondo.. I've seen bondo turn to mush in below waterline applications..

    I'm not familiar with the new tech stuff. At low speeds you will use more fuel. Your pushing a brick thru the water.. your better off at plane speed.

    I wouldn't worry about the mm bouncing looks like your in the high 7s. As long as your idle speed is 4-5 mph your good..
