    I have dropped the unit and attached a hose to the water tube and forced water back through. Then reversed it through the thermostat and have seen sand, grit, etc come out.     Will a F225-TRXD mid-section accommodate a F225-TURC powerhead? My (TURC) is subject to the corrosion issue and found a mid-section. Same year and hp. Mine is a 30" shaft, and the other is a 25", but I'll just swap over the adapter and shift rod.
