    yeah those bolts were from the exhaust cover. It was warped ajd I assume that caused the bolts to not completely torque it.     Did you ever change the spark plug wires on a 120hp force. The are built in the coil so only the end of the part that goes onto the spark plug can be messed with?     I don't know what you repaired as of yet but hard to start is either gas supply, weak spark, could he other things also, carb adjustment, float and choke , bad timing, etc. But fuel supply is the first.
