    The exhaust plate was pretty warped. I was 0 020in în the worse spots. I used a special stone and brought it at 0.002. I think that even with new gaskets and separation plate it would have still leaked.

    I removed the exhaust cover and I believe there was some water leaking in the exhaust chamber. I took pictures. This should cause my issue right? Only 3 and 4 show milky stuff. I have to also buy tyhe separation plate. The one I reused is way too deformed. Do I remove the head?

    I just sprayed carb cleaner on the 2nd engine exhaust cover and it also dies. Must be normal. Still the plugs are too clean on the problem engine. I did compression again and 1 and 4 are 140 2 and 3 135.

    Here is a picture of the spark plugs after usage. The problem engine plugs are pretty clean with a drop of black fuel/oil mix. I don't even know if that drop is oil or water. The other engine plugs look different.

    So when I rebuilt the engine I changed the gaskets. Here are pics of some of the bolts from the exhaust cover. One in particular is rusted all the way in. I am sure I cleaned it when I put it in. I did not use any sealant on the bolts though.
