    Appreciate it Depending on what it takes to redo the pattern, I'm not sure it would be worth it giving it more though. The entire deck has a very thin coat of Gel so it would take a complete redo to make it even worth doing, otherwise it would be patching a spots yearly.

    Forgot the pic but does look like Gibco G4 103 pattern. That said this is really thin, and most folks that buy these boats get Seadeck and now I see why. I thought it was going to be like my formula and would be easy cleaning. So much for thinking on my part

    Cowling note Yesterday I lifted the cowl up, lowered in place and handle snapped lock in place. Today I removed/installed it for 20 minutes and could not get it to lock.     Need the depth of the tank where the float is mounted and where the pickup tube will be. Want a float that is about one inch shorter than depth of tank. Pickup tube about a 1/2 inch shorter

Manual list 42.1-43.9 psi at idle - I read 39 psi and vibrating 49.3-53.7 psi key ON - I read 45 psi and it would fall down to about 40 Called Merc Tech support early and their system was down so they were unable to look me...

    Will retry today to get the FP gauge attached. Have placed an order for 16 plugs. Figured iridium plugs would last longer than that. Stbd was replaced last year. Already have the fuel filters I'm not going to replace the drive belt just yet

    Will check but I was able to tighten with fingers a good ways til it was tight and still leaked. Tighten a turn and a half more with a wrench but didn't want to go more. With it still leaking I loosened but had to use the wrench almost all the way, didn't get easier until almost full off. Afraid...

    Mike, could use a recommendation My 2023 Chap deck is Gel coat and has the small square pattern. The Gel is very thin and is already wearing through. Thought about using epoxy topside paint, but is there something else which would be better?

    I would look closer at the 10 pin harness connector. Numbers 2 and 3 are dealing with 2 different wires going thru the connector. The trim gauge has it's own separate wire and is powered by the purple wire at the helm
