    Surely there won't be any anti-freeze as this is has a closed cooling system on engine side with the anti-freeze and the pump is on raw water side so no anti-freeze. For storage is Glycerine better than Silicone oil ?

    It's not draining though that is the task here - it is removing impeller - central drain function takes care of water.

    I always take Sepentine belt off, if I can reach water pump I’ll pull impeller. New O-ring not a sale item, (only with impeller) assume you refit, do you lubricate with silicone grease or fit dry.

    I looked at it was at arms stretch, not had a thorough check depends if its an allen screw ... or a Phillips if the former then I may be able to reach at arm's length.

    Agree it's on the all Aluminium block, I meant its not on the old V6/V8 cast iron lumps.

    Don't have access to my boat at the moment. Anybody know the fuel hose ID dimension, hose from pump to tank, want to get some in readiness for when I get the boat back. It's a V6-280-C-N ser. A1101422 All my Googling suggests 3/8" bore (10mm) .... anybody able to confirm.

    It's just been having a full pdi (yep after first seasons use) been with dealer 3 weeks .... so wont be touching filter at this time.

    Yes it's stated clearly in owners manual 15 min on 2-stroke mix at 1500 rpm

    Don't know of an easy way to empty the main tank .. I'll take a look at connecting at Fuel filter. Engine is 2020 fuel injected

    One of the steps I need to do is run 2-stoke oil mix fuel for 15 min. Anybody has done that .... just interested where you pulled off fule line and connected temporary tank. (Line)
