well the clutch dog and foward gear are bad. the shine on them are very convincing
so well my gear oil is milky and well its time for the seals to be changed
i have never done this before and needs some step by step instructions would be helpeful
so far i know i need an oil seal puller it has a hook like end. 5-10 bucks from harbor freight. good investment since my 10hp needs some new seals soon too. then i hear i need a long 5/16 punch to get the shift rod seal out? and oil seal puller for the driveshaft and prop seal. is this it?
how hard to be done
i dont wanna screw this up since i hear that any damage to gear case is possible since its cast alumium and it wont bend but crack.
pictures? thanks guys really helpful with everything
