I'd have to swap the powerhead to run the 850 on my boat as I need a short shaft, but the motor has to be worth what they are asking. Doubtful that I would actually do the swap but it is possible. Just an upgrade from 62 CID to 66 CID really, not that much.. Plus the trailer which I could use ( if it's good ), controls and windows to sell.. I would only make the purchase if the trailer was good
I looked again at my trailer, and the bent channel does not support the suspension, only one of the rollers and the fender, so I could buy some 4x3 rectangle tubing, cut the bottom half at 2 1/4" to match the original channel, cut it to the right length and then have a machine shop ( I don't have a mill ) cut the slots and bolt holes into it to make a new cross piece. Still would need some tweaking to the right side trailing arm ( bent a bit ) but would then be mostly right. Problem is, the trailer had to have gotten hit pretty hard to bend that, so I don't know what else is out of wack.
