ok then no internet for 6 days thank you cable company youve been a great help........... but anyways less internet surfing i got a ton done!!!!

time to mount some seats and pedestals! using flush mount bases i needed to carve out a hole after about a hour of debating on position i managed to scroll out a hole with the jig saw then seal the edge with some osi caulk (polyurethane adhesive caulk) then mount the base caulking each screw thread to help seal the new holes.

then voila seating is installed ill be adding a fourth seat at a later date for now 3 will do!

ok then i threw in a mechanical day to tackle the engines. first i mounted up the kicker engine ater much debate i decided on a starboard mounting since the port side i was getting bumped by the steering rod from the main engine this side works but puts a fairly hard bend on the steer cable but works smoothly. i didnt wanna use an outboard mount bracket they always seem jiggly to me

then i mounted my bracket pro this is a great lil gagdet lifts kicker outta the water and works as a great transomn saver when in tow! thing is solid thru bolted four times with stainless fasteners

T-minus 15 hours till first voyage! gonna tryn launch around 12-1 tomorrow. im not 100% but i got it down to lil projects i can work on as i go and still fish out of it. i got carpet my front deck still and the small trim boards that run around the inside edge of the gunwale. i did manage to give her a name and have my friend at Straight Edge Graphics cut me some vinyl for a proper maiden voyage!

Meet "got worms?" :) pictures arent the greatest taken right at dusk need some sunshine on her!

34MPH with that size boat and a V4 is really good. I'm hitting around the same with my little 16'! (granted I clearly need some work on my set-up and should probably be hitting 40). Congrats on the successful voyage.
