1979 22.5 Starcraft Islander with V 5 hull

Howdy fellow starcrafters. The day I have dreamed of for years has arrived. Road trip to p/u my 22.5 Statecraft Islander with a V5 hull. The hull is pristine, transom solid. Will need new deck &motor. Will post pics. soon as I get her home. Was going to name her The catfish hunter 2. But am seriously thinking of Dream come true. More to come.

Thanks BlueFin 16. The trip was very smooth, but exhausting. Noticed after arrived home port side trailer tire was checked badly.

Sorry guys can not seem to figure how to load my pics from new phone. My grandkids going to have to help me.:facepalm: Have some nice pics to share soon as can sort it out. On a different note. Took my p/u to my mechanic this morning to see why it had wore me out so much on trip. Found out passenger side ball joints had over 1 1/2" play up and down, side to side. That shook me up. Just thankful made the trip safely.

Yes GA_ the grandkids will figure it out in less than a minute. Had no problem loading photo arrays into face book. If any of my iboat brothers have facebook, the photos are on my facebook.:frusty:facepalm:

Yes, I know Show Me; Logged into my photobucket acct. Had no problems uploading photo array there. Now to see if can get posted before the gang tars & feathers me.:deadhorse:
