Awesome Jason, I can totally understand why your not working on the Islander.:D You can't pass up on time like that with the boys.

Right on man!!! What a great looking proper "boys adventure"!!! Many more to come no doubt! Glad you caught at least one... never quite the same as having to stop at the grocery store on the way home and "convince" the Admiral that really, really we caught this! Honestly!

Glad you got out and enjoyed the weekend!

Now you know what to do when the boys get cranky. :) Get the boys some tie-downs and a pillow. I don't get many fish when I'm napping, either. I'm sure they woke up for ice cream. :joyous:

Jas, the little men asleep pics made me laugh... I remember my boys doing exactly the same every time after a hard day's boating... maybe to avoid the clean up?!! :D

Gosh I do love having out with my boys! Pulling in that little salmon made it all the better:thumb:

Those pics are great! My friend's son falls asleep on his boat every single time no matter how rough it is.

Yah fellas, I was seriously cracking up with those boys bunked out like that. Guys at the dock were cracking up too. They were so peaceful, I tried to be quiet and move slow hauling the boat out so they could sleep a little longer. Course they woke up rip roaring and ready to go while I was sure hoping for that ultra important mid afternoon nap! Yah, not so much...

Great stuff Jas! Thanks for sharing!

Yikes! I'm a bit mischievous but that would have been down right mean! Maybe when they get a little older, hehe.....

Way cool! Thanks for sharing!

Hey Joey n' lok, great to see you guys!

.did they wake up for the obligatory Ice Cream afterwards...?

I'm sure they woke up for ice cream. :joyous:

You guys are really getting to know me pretty well! Oh yah, we helped make a dent in the stockpile of Ice Cream over in the Harbor Beach area!

Then, later on, I taught Ethan one of the most important lessons in a boys life...

Thanks for the understanding Glen! From here I'm thinking I'll wrap up this SN and push her back for a while till the Islander is done. It's time my friend, it is time!

A Dad spending time with his Son's teaching them how to be Dad's! Something I never had but tried to do with my son. It will pay BIG dividends in 20 years, I respect and honor your efforts Jas!!!! Keep on Keepin on!!!!

Hey thanks guys, appreciated! I do hope this SN gives us many years of good times and fresh fish dinners:thumb:

Dave - PB???? Hmmmm, nope. But yah, like JB, I'll have to give that a shot!

Cedar - Hey thanks! Actually I bagged the UP trip as my weekend was cut a little shot. We were over on Lake Huron for this one.

If you do get up this way send me a message. I wouldn't mind seeing that boat in person. I am from the east end, right across the river from Drummond Island. I currently live on Munoscong Bay.
