First of all, I would like to thank a guy on another forum that gave me the true ansewer to my problem on replaceing this pump #16792A39, at an autoparts place. This the ansewer: 1990 chevy 2500 pickup, 350CI, 7200#.
I called Advanced Auto Parts to see if they had one, they did. I had already taken my off the boat (What a Pain) so I toke it to them to match it up. Sure enough it was the same except the return line was a little longer. This is how it read on the reciept.
PS PUMP-RMFD FENCO #18710201 $49.99
They helped me (with their tool retail that I did not pay for) pull the pulley off and press it back on as well as the removing the studs and putting them back on.
This pump is $587.67 from Mercruiser.
