Looking good coinman, almost there!
My trailer sits a bit higher than yours. The easy answer 1st. Raise the engine before you launch it and do make sure you have the drain plug in! If the water is deep enough to float it off the trailer you can leave it down. The setup should be ok to travel with the engine down as it looks like there is enough clearance, otherwise I did see some adjustment to the trailer were you could raise the boat a hole higher with the rollers. Next I see a second set of holes in the bar for the rollers to were they could be moved inboard from where they are. You would have to check that if you did that, that the rollers will not contact the keel or the strakes under the boat.
