I have to disagree with the posts to the original Blistering thread. I have been boating for over 40 years and have seen many boats with Blisters on the bottom.
These boats were painted by the Mfg. or the Marina and they still Blistered. Fiberglass will absorb water, whether the bottom is painted or not, Sometimes the cause is the fault of the building process and the curing of the fiberglass.
The other guy was upset about his new boat having a problem and a few people on here were not very nice in their reply.
