You probably don't even need the magnet lildiva. If the piece is bigger than your oil pump pick-up tube screen then it cannot really cause any issues. This is not a Crusader pic, and I do not know exactly what they use, but this is a good example:
You are looking at this upside down, but imagine the little piece of dipstick, and then note that ALL of the oil that your engine circulates must go through that screen first. You can see that although it is not a great thing to have anything swishing around in the bottom of your oil pan except oil, there is no real chance of it getting past the pick-up screen, so it cannot find it's way through your oil pump and into the rest of your engine. The magnet would help keep it in one place, but either way this is probably no bigger deal than needing a new dipstick . . .
Edit: I was gonna say the same thing Bondo, but I guessed that lildiva was a woman, and we have precious few of those kind here, so I indulged. Some pretty good searching there too. BTW, welcome aboard whoever you are . . .
