Nosleep, please elaborate. It should come as no suprise, but this is news to me, given the American media's obvious agenda. We in the "states" (at least, I) haven't heard a peep about this!
Glad to hear it tho :D

Re: Canada punts Liberals

Tomorrow starting at 7:30am The Polls open for
what I hope "and the polls show" could be the most
Important election in my life time. The ruling
Liberals have been in power for the last 13years.
And have dominated the government for the better
part of the last 35 years. The hope is Conservative
leader Stephen Harper will win the election and
again hopefully by majority.
The ruling Liberals have left a trail of corruption
and multi millions of wasted tax payers hard earned money
on Liberal friendly institutions and
kickbacks and payoffs, which doesn't even include
the 500 million spent on 4 data companies to
compile firearms registration information.

The Federal campaigns of the past have been somewhat
of an East (Liberal) versus West(conservative)
mentality. But this Election is bringing in
different results which show the Conservatives with
an advantage going into tomorrows election.
I would really like to see the Liberal machine held to
account for its corruption starting at the top
with PM Paul Martin. Who's party tells us we as
parents don't know whats right for our children
and need to follow the direction of the government.
Well thats enough of my rant for now. I will have
to wait and see what tommorow will bring.
Thanx for asking 12Footer.

http://www.canada.com/nationalpost/story.html?id=4c9f35bb-76ee-46a2-8054-c38c38ee7342

The common Canadian having to Wait,.. Months to See a Doctor,..........

Ayuh,....... Hopefully the Smart people from out West will have Educated to Poor Folks in the East,.........

Boomyal, conservatives hope to restore our long
held relationship with the U.S.A. , and rebuild
our devastated military. And return our government
to accountability. Make criminals responsible for
their crimes, not just define them as underprivileged and misunderstood. Among other things.

Good luck NOSLEEP. Looks like many of us are pulling for you. It has blown my mind for 25 years that this struggle is not clearer to those who think otherwise . . . The libs (worldwide) have done a great job equating conservative with mean. It is that simple IMHO.

Re: Canada punts Liberals

Conservative = mean? I agree! Canada does not need a military overhaul......Who is gonna attack them, us? If we were to attack, it would be over like shiite through a goose....Military money is wasted money with regards to Canada, they have quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The ruling Liberals have left a trail of corruption and multi millions of wasted tax payers hard earned money on Liberal friendly institutions and kickbacks and payoffs, the good 'ol U.S. to protect them......
So are you saying that the Liberal party in Canada is the equivalent of the Republican party in the U.S? If you inserted REpublican into the statement above, you would be describing the U.S. congress.....
Don't know about Canadian gun laws.....Doesn't seem like it should be too difficult to have a registry in this day & age.....Canadians don't need guns anyway.....Dubya will protect ya ;) :p :) ......JK

May be, if they don't clean up their border act. They (Canadians) have a noteriety of letting terrorists into the US. Remeber 9/11? How'd they get here? It's now shifted to the south.

If you determine "mean" to equal "protective", I agree.

I ask the qusetion=troll. What would Canada be without the US? Same goes for Mexico?

Hence the phrase 'mean people suck'. I've been tellin ya that that phrase was politically motivated but it always seemed to fall on deaf ears! ;) :p

Oh that would be a no-brainer for their eastern Frog Libs, Bondo. They are just not spending enough money on the problem. After all, the total well being of each and every Canadian is the responsibility of the government, isn't it?

'mean people suck'.
I've always seen that bumper sticker on a foreign made car with a driver that is either a "surfer" or a perpetual college student.

Life is an education, too bad many refuse to enroll.
