1. Chocolate is a Vegetable: Chocolate is derived from cocoa beans. Bean = vegetable. Sugar is derived from either sugar CANE or sugar BEETS. Both are plants, which places them in the vegetable category. Thus, chocolate is a vegetable.

2. To go one step further, chocolate candy bars also contain milk, which is dairy. So candy bars are a health food. Chocolate-covered raisins, cherries, orange slices and strawberries all count as fruit, so eat as many as you want.

3. If you've got melted chocolate all over your hands, you're eating it too slowly.

4. Diet Tip: Eat a chocolate bar before each meal. It'll take the edge off your appetite, and you'll eat less.

5. Chocolate has many preservatives. Preservatives make you look younger.

6. Put "eat chocolate" at the top of your list of things to do today. That way, at least you'll get one thing done.

And chocolate is an aphrodesiac - so when that kicks in, you can work off a lot MORE calories. Consider it a supplement to your exercise program :p

I don't know about that one.It seems that many women eat chocolate and ice cream instead of and not in order to.But then again I am not a woman.

Don't know if it is proven cause/effect, but it has been shown that people who eat about 1oz. of dark chocolate a day have greatly reduced risk of alzheimer's.

Ummmmm. Er. . . I think that was it. Better go eat another oz. of Lindt's 70% cocoa. :)

Not my wife - she eats one Godiva & KAPOW - it's off to the races! :D

Er, chocolate is each meal for me, usually smeared over my donuts :D

My mom said that when she was a kid, they blamed it on Coke. She went three years without one. Crazy huh?
