HOLD ON!!! I never meant to imply that any fisherman is an idiot!! I'm a fisherman myself! Great pasttime and a great way to spend a day. I'm only saying that after 10 hours on the water with nothing to show but a sunburned neck and an empty cooler...I can't be the only person who has thought to themself "Just what am I doing here"?

Sitting in a boat and fishing all day, even if you don't catch anything is better than sitting at a computer typing grumbles on a forum.

Just got home I am a happy idiot but boat ran great lost the one and only fish in the trees it was a big one really. But weather was perfect. Cannot wait to get back out....

Yup, I'm an idiot fisherman. I can see how we must look like idiots to those that don't share the same level of interest in fishing that real fisherman do. I sort of feel the same way about people who listen to rap. I never call them idiots because I figure it's just one of those things I never learned to understand. After all what right do I have to be judgemental.

I am allowed to fish year round and only have to buy one license while a hunters fun is more restricted than mine!

Siting in a boat for 10, hours catching nothing is definately on my top 5, things to do list - siitting in my boat all day catching fish on every cast being #1
