Are you saying that when you twist the twist grip, the RPMs do not change at all?<br /><br />Have you looked under the cover to see if the throttle plate in the carb is opening and closing when you twist the twist grip?<br /><br />Also, check the link-n-synch to make sure the line on the cam follower lines up with the cam follower roller just as the throttle plate starts to move.<br /><br />Also, make sure the needle valve (Lean-Rich knob) is set properly.
