I must admit that Buffalo did play very good postional hockey against the Sens but I think they are to beat up now as it was evident in the last game with the Sens ,their speed was down and they were dragging around, the Sens were in reverse

Re: Hockey Playoffs

What a great playoffs we are witnessing, "upsets" all over and of the 5 teams left only one has ever raised the cup. I must say having the traditional teams out may actually be a blessing for the league as fans in non-traditional cities will now feel that they actually have a chance. What a switch from 2 years ago, the east is relying on speed and finesse while the west is defense and counter-attack. I would love to see Edmonton take the cup back to Canada, its been what 13 years, but I don't know if they'll be healthy enough if they make it through this series, which has been physically brutal. Buffalo is a fantastic team to watch, fast and always looking to attack. Carolina makes teams pay for nearly every mistake and is getting tremendous goaltending from a 22yr old rookie. Anaheim, has gone from a team with 2 stars, Federov and Prospal, to a solid transition team lead obviously by Scott Neidermayer. Edmonton is just a gritty team that never quits, gotta love that in a playoff series. San Jose has the makings of a championship team with strong goaltending and timely goals from unexpected players. But if I have to root for a team now its Carolina to take out the Ducks in the finals. Ray Whitney deserves a cup, and this way I can also say that Detroit played apart in another cup win(owner Peter Karmanos is a well respected Detroit businessman with Compuware and the Karmanos Cancer Research Center). No matter what I'm just glad the game is back.
