Holley Carb. ID

Hello everybody, can anyone ID this Carb I'm trying to buy a rebuild kit, and find out how many CFM I have on this Carb. and possible upgrade to get more HP?So the following numbers are from top to bottom: 986471 then 80310-2 and 0347. numbers are off the Carb. doesnt seems like I can find those numbers anywhere.
I would appreciate if anyone out there can help me out on this and if you guys know if I can upgrade to a higher CFM to get more HP, also the Carb is 4 barrel and it spreadbore Holley on 5.7 GS Volvo Penta 1997, boat is Larson Hampton 250.

Using the fowling link is there any other letters in your 5.7 GS engine model such as LK, http://www.volvopenta.com/volvopenta/na/en-us/parts_service/faq/pages/faq_model_name.aspx

Hello Fun Times, and thank you for the welcoming, after I cleaned my Carb. I found more numbers on it: 7445 and 6R5263B, I researched them on line now I started to get some things but nothing that I can rely on to buy a kit or upgrade to a higher CFM, do you or anyone else know anything about these numbers, again, i'm looking to buy the rebuild kit, the CFM and whether I can upgrade to a higher CFM or not to gain few more knots.

Don't even try to increase the CFM of the carb, you will only burn more fuel and reduce your HP. The standard carb for a 5.7 is the 600CFM carb. A 5.7 running at 4800 rpm can only pull 413CFM, and if you can turn 5200 rpm this will only increase to 444 CFM. If you bore it .030 it still will be no more then 450 or so.

Now if your going to build a high output motor from scratch, well lets talk some more

I'm also coming up empty, those numbers don't show up in the Holley listing.

Could you post the link to the kit so we could try checking it out as well? Also are you able to get any other model numbers for you engine?

you can see that they listed the 80310-2 number there.

I think i'm going to go with this, unless you guys come up with something else, and if not I thank you very much for the efforts and GOD bless.

Since you were able to find and match one of the carb numbers (80310-2) in the links above, they should work for your carb. From searching around, it appears your Holley carb model is considered a 4175. http://www.ebay.com/sch/sis.html?_nkw=Holley+Carburetor+kit+for+spread+bore+model+4175

One thing you'll want to ensure stays the same is the power valve size which yours should be a 2.5. http://boatinfo.no/lib/volvo/manuals/lk_fuel.html#/90

Okay thanks Fun times, yes I agree your info is correct, I have sent a question to Holley themselves and I gave them all the info I've above and their reply was as follows:
" Hello Nick,

Thanks for contacting Holley Performance Products. Your carburetor is a 650 CFM model 4175. The rebuild kit for your carburetor is a 703-34.

Wow, these forums rock !! I was having the same problem....mine had 80310-2, 986471, and 3386. My mechanic is old school and kept telling me to get a 650 Holley carb, single pump, electric choke and that's all he could tell me, but as I started looking for one, I found out how hard they are to match up. Thanks for your post, this helps !!
