ok... you have to make sure you reduce weight as much as possible ! throw everything away you can - lifevests, seats ,anything .
make sure you visited the toilet before ride, to be as light as possible .
ride naked and shave EVERY hair off your body .
kick the throttle with your feet or better sit down on the lever- to make sure you really beat the sh..t out of the engine .
shout on the engine when going WOT, call it bastard, scare it - to make it push the very last juice on the prop !
seriously... did you gave WOT when checking compression ? its crucial on a 4stroke, your numbers look indeed low.
try a stainless prop. when you reached about 4000rpm with a 17pitch a 21pitch you ordered is surely not the right way.
