This is the hardest post I've ever typed on the net, and the past few days,I've had some tough ones.<br />It looks like I'll be going offline for the forseeable future. I'll be losing access soon. I don't know exactly when, but within the month of August for sure, if not tomorrow.My anual sub will be running out soon, and I'm not renewing it.<br /><br />I'll miss you folks more than you'll know. I'd rather not go into why ,except that it's a money thing (all non-essentials are history).<br />I've been thru far worse than this over my lifetime, but I'll sorely miss you all.<br />I'll still be around as long as the ISP is still valid, but figured I'd better give y'all notice. I won't be able to afterward, and the actual date is not known.<br />iboats.com was my primary site of interest, and there are only two sites I would frequent.<br /><br />Maybee things will improve and I'll be back. Nothing is set in stone, and I am an optomist.<br />JB, Bruno, SBN, Sloopy, Merc, Steve, KIWI,, Mayfloat. Well, all of you, (except for Mercy), you will be forever in my fonder memeories....And I never met any of you personally. Strange, but true, my heart is heavy.<br />In case it quits werkin tomorrow, God bless and keep all of you.

12 footer, you've given me more than I think you realise. Your support and attention to detail plus the friendly manner it's all given is valuable to us all. <br />We won't let you go!<br />I suggest we all find a way to keep 12 footers premium paid or otherwise gain him some free access somehow. I'm more than prepared to put my hand in my pocket for a wee donation. There must be others here that feel the same.<br />12 footer I know you wouldn't want us to do this but if there's enough support then we'll bloody arrange it for you.<br />I'm not sure how to go about this but mabey somebody closer to home could look into it and let me know where and how to send my donation for our good friend.......<br />Who ever heard of an Admiral dropping out!<br />Iboats - can you help at all?<br />Ross

No, No, NO, 12'er, it won't end this way.<br /><br />Like was said by Ross J, there are enough of us to be able to foot your isp bill till you get back on your feet.<br /><br />If you want, just shoot me an email with your home address, and it's done.<br /><br />Don't leave because of the isp thing, cause that's all it is, is just a thing.<br /><br />Never know, you might be able to help one of us out sometime, more than you have already.

12Footer was the first poster in this forum I read with interest back in 2001. He has left due to his wife's health condition, I think. The vultures in the American model seem to be legal and medical practices. Extreme socialism nor extreme capitalism don't work nor ever will, for the majority.

You and JB remind my so much of my beloved father with your wisdom and knowledge.<br /><br />If it wasn't for this forum, I would probably cancel my ISP.
