Waterpump parts should be the same as above.
Thermostat......well there is none.
Rings....well, you might try Sea-Way Marine, Engine Blade and Prop, marineengine.com or even here.
What's it worth? Well, probably more to you, than anyone else. The current economic situations leaves a lot to be desired, as far as finding value in outboard motors, unless it's something that people really want. The average fisherman, won't even take a second look at a motor that's 51 years old. They all want something that's less than ten years old for 50 bucks. And very few even have enough brain cells to keep up the maintenance on them, so their motors often times fail.
Now, here in iboats, there are a lot of good guys with a lot of wits, who will give you good advice on gettin that old gem tuned up right and making it run nice. Whatever it's worth after your efforts? Well, that will depend on what your market will bear.
