How does the power company recharge before, during and after a big power system failure ? Who has enough Charging Stations ?

When the gasoline vehicle was introduced it took America less than 20 years to have gas stations all over the nation.
What you mention are details of ancient technology that will be solved within that same time span. The next generation of cars will no longer use batteries. I can envision electro stations on the throughway where you pull in and change power modules within 5 minutes and off you go for the next 500 miles
