Re: neat boat names

Had a customer with chi chi on each side of his glastron outboard. Worked on the thing for two years and never asked. FINALLY one day he was picking it up and asked about the name...... He said it meant he had his JOHNSON between two chi chi's. NEVER THOUGHT OF IT.

Funny! Best Boat Name of 2003 Is...

...Sotally Tober. That's the word from Boating magazine that recognized the clever name chosen by Dan Svitko of McKeesport, Pa., for his 23-foot Sea Ray Sundancer. He's been honored with the magazine's 2003 grand prize in its annual boat name contest.

My 17' Speedliner (tunnel hull) is tha 'Katkando'. My newest acquisition is a 19' STV. I'll post a foto of it in a coupla days. I'm thinking it's either 'Nasty Habit' or 'Letereat'.

c/6
Hooty

If'n I ever get to name one, as I usually get em second hand and ya aint supposed to rename em, I gotta hand it to,
"Dixie Wrecked"
No pun intended by the "hand it to" either. :p
I just think the implication is "upstanding" as well as fitting to my nature! :D
Cheers!
