Not really. You want the next coat to be on before the first coat has fully cured so it will bond properly. I would not wait more than 24-36 hours. I recommend wet sanding with a Scotch brite pad between coats of the final paint. Don't get too aggressive just lightly to knock down any nubs that might be there. Dry it with a towel and then let it dry for a while. Then wipe her down with some mineral spirts let her dry and then shoot the next coat.
