Coils should not "come in contact with flywheel". damage will result
Never use ether on 2 strokes. never - ever damage can result.
CHinewalkers question is a good one - plug wires crossed? (cant count how many times this has happened)

Take a break from this - when I am tired - aggrivated, I miss stuff. (my usual state)
patience is the tool that will serve you best.
