Removed the starboard riser last night.
Definitely needs to replaced, hard to tell if the gasket was leaking after removal of the riser.
Couldn't get a good pic of the inside but there was a lot of "debris" inside when looking into the exhaust side.
I"m wondering if this caused blockage and caused the raw water to back up and put pressure on the block-off gasket.
The gasket seemed to be pushed-out on the manifold side (not sure if this makes sense).
