Long post, sorry.

What a day, took the boat out (first time this year) and it rained like I was Noah (my three kids played the part of "animals" quite well).

Tried worms, powerbait, casting, trolling... no fish.

Sun came out (finally) and it was a wonderful 3 hours on the lake, but clouds brewing and time to get in. This guy (insert: moron) had his minivan in 2 lanes trying to get in the water. He didn't use the prep area to get ready though, he parked on the ramp (2 lanes) and spent 10 minutes getting ready. Then spent another 10 trying to back up.
Then got the boat off and tied it to the dock right at the ramp in one of the lanes.
Then stayed tied there for 20 minutes.

So.... my turn!

Get jeep backed up just right (first try), get wife in jeep to pull me out, untie boat from FAR side of the dock (where normal people tie off), brought her around and glided that last 10 feet without power to avoid ramp damage, etc. IT WENT PERFECT! Bend over the bow, hooked up, ratcheted it up that last 5 inches or so, waved my sweetie to pull forward and..... then it happened. I forgot to tilt up the drive. Only drug it 12"-18" (inches) but still

Boat transom wasn't tied down, only the bow, I had sweetie pull forward while I tilted it up (power tilt) and it came up without a problem.

Other then a slightly flat skeg below the prop, what damage could occur?

.... and THEN.... on the way home the storm deposited lots of rain in the washes that cross the road. Those were no problem, but one wash was dry but had some sand in it.... just before I hit it at 50 mph I saw the 5" tall sandbar that it left behind. EVERYTHING left the ground but came back down okay. The bow of the boat is not resting against the bowstop, but next to it. The bowstop rubber "V" is bent over and protecting the gelcoat but still, it isn't in the right place. How in the heck to fix that when I am 2 hours from any water?

For those that read my posts, you may remember a post concerning "listing while underway", well it was doing it again and I suspected the dol-phin, but it went away (almost) when I trimmed out the drive while on plane.
