While doing some visual inspections on the exterior of the boat I notice the oh so obvious rub marks from beaching it over the years. Mostly up towards the front down the keel. But this one on the stern right under where the hull meets the transom is a good one! I didn't even think it was all that bad when I noticed it (which was in the middle of the afternoon), but that evening I had my trouble light laying in the boat and came out of the garage to see a glow coming from the back of the boat. Not sure what I am supposed to do to repair this problem yet, so I thought I would throw it out to some of you experts and get some ideas. Hope you all can help, this is my first boat resto. Thanks for your time. enjoy the pics! The last three pics in my shareaproject are in reference to this post. 1974 Southwind Resto
