No thanks. I'm just at or beyond the life expectancy of everything. Lol. New bathrooms and windows and driveway and on and on and on. Wouldn't want anything older than the 50's. I don't like plaster or old chipping moldings. Love the moldings but not the 300 layers of poorly applied crappie paint. Plus the older homes have no closet space. Give me a 16 on center, breaker box, non tree trunk supported house lol. You can keep the charm. I'll make my own on top of sheetrock and central A/C.
