Hi All,
First of all, apologize if this thread is redundant.
I just got a Saturn inflatable boat 11', super existed but also frustrated in worrying about returning the boat if I don't find some workaround.
We have a regular SUV with only 3500 lbs towing capacity.
How do I tow an inflatable boat with an outboard 9.9 HP motor being mounted on the road with a 12' trailer?
I know you should not simply mount a outboard motor (which about 100 lbs for a small 2 stroke motor) on inflatable boats. Otherwise, it will bounce up n down and ripping off the boat, and causing a danger to other people, or get pulled over for ticket.
Attached picture I found online seems that this person tied up the motor to the trailer/ tansom. Could someone tell me what kind of trailer I need and what other workaround you have done and you could share? Thanks for your time!
Inflatable boat size is 11' x 6.2' SD330WGR
