I have tested spark at all plugs wires with the tester and they are good. I pulled the plugs yesterday and they do not appear wet.
The previous owner was talking me through it on the phone and that is what we tried to get her started. Before I would pump it 4 times and leave it in neutral and it would start just fine.
I have taken distributor cap off and it looks clean, less then 6 months old, and it is turning while I crank it over. Does it matter that the rotor is pointing at a different location from when I pulled the cap off and replaced it? Plug wired are correct and I have double checked it
I also double checked the spark gaps as I replaced the plugs.. Thanks for the help
