What does the shop book say for hours on this repair?

Hey all.
I took my boat (in my sig. below) in for new bellows,new u-joint's, a valve adjustment, and a new throttle cable.
How many hours should this take a qualified shop to do?

Just a quick, "it should take about ___ many hours"
I am not trying to see if the boat places price is right, just wondering why they are taking soooo dang long.

Can the valve covers be pulled without removing the manifolds or risers? Some couldn't.
How much other disassembly needs to be done on the engine to get to the valves and valve covers. Did the boat manufacturer make the engine accessible, or do you have to disassemble the boat?
I've had shift cables that couldn't be pulled thru the hose because it was improperly routed and the metal cable ends wouldn't make the bend. Engine had to be pulled.
The shift and throttle control can also be another venture with the way some of these boat manufacturers install them.
As far as the bellows, after the drive is off, an hour at most if nothing is corroded.
Ujoints, another hour or so.
Might want to call them and find out if there are any problems.

Just to answer your questions.
The engine is right in front of you (no disassembly required), cables are easily accessible I can trace it all the way and the valve covers come off with manifolds and risers still attached.
