One accepted way to calculate boat's person capacity for boats under 20' is to use this formula (you are 20' so you are on the border, assume that OAL = 19')
(Boat overall length in feet * Beam ) /15 = max number of 150Ib person (19*7.66)/15 = 9.7 = 9 people (150Ib average)
Of course the max is not recommended nor is practical on 20' vessel. I would say a total of 4 (yourself included) will be about it. 5 will be pushing it but if you can get her on plane, you should be fine.
