What kind of glue should I use to glue the cushions to the plywood...I'm using regular OSB board and cushions from a couch I tore apart. Thanks in advance for the help

I Like 3M Super 77 Spray Adhesive. I also like to cover the foam with plastic using the spray glue. I used plastic bags from WalMart. Worked Great!!! Cheap Too!!!;)

Lol...I was planning on doing that too over the cushions to keep from chaffing the cushion...do you advise a layer of plastic between the wood and the cushion also?

If you can, I'd use plywood rather then OSB, no matter how you seal it.

I agree with this^^^^. IMHO OSB has NO place in a boat No Way No How Never Ever!!!! I Missed that the first time.

No barrier between the cushion and substrate needed except the spray adhesive.

Nope, none needed but I did glue it to the wood! Again, I'd use Ext. Grade plywood and I'd either paint it or at least give it a couple coats of Boiled linseed oil or marine varnish or polyurethane to seal it from the elements.
