I would have posted this in the Freshwater Fishing for but Lucky's (grocery store) had Chilean salmon for $1.99 per pound. So, I have always fried fish, but my wife who is much healthy decided we should bake it.
The cook books say 500 degrees for a whole salmon. Does anyone have an idea if that is correct? Does all fish cook at the temperature?
Does anyone have a recipe? We are going to put rosemary and lemon slices inside, but since I plan to catch more fish then $1.99 Chilean salmon, it wouldn't hurt to know another salmon or a healthy bass recipe.
