I finally bought a bowrider after loving them for years. I have owned everything from empty 15' who knows what to 15' crestliners ect. I bought (made an offer, though it was for $250 less than asking so I got it pretty sure) a 2006 Glastron SX 175 with the 3.0L engine, today. It is my first inboard boat, what should I know about it when coming from 1980 and older outboards. I know the bellows and winterizing is different. But what about oil? Do I need to mix in oil to the gas? If so how do I figure out how much? Boat is in good condition all around, clean, good seats other than one small wear mark and there is a scratch in the gelcoat on the hull which looks like it is from a log. Not an issue though since it is shallow and I will be fixing it once I get the boat.
