I ran across this. (and bought a copy)
I am a HUGE fan of industrial disigner Brooks Stevens who worked for Evinrude, Jeep, Studebaker and many other companies in the mid 20th century. This is one of his creations for an Evinrude Golden Jubilee promotion.

This has to be the coolest Pontoon ever built!
Where is it now? Who won it? Where did they live. Was 70 HP really enough moose for such a large craft? What are the specs? Is it really 17 feet wide? What does that roof top cockpit look like up close? Where was it built? Where was it awarded? (Milwaukee?)
