I see Houston hung on against the Bengals. Worked ion the kids sled, didn't see that game EITHER.....

On to the Vikes and Packers. Just heard Ponder is out. Weeeeeeellllllllllllll, if Webb can stay away from turnovers, we may still have a chance.........

The family is sporting our Vikings jerseys!

Webb needs to stop throwing the ball to avoid a sack. He just tosses it up for grabs . Gonna bite him one of these times......

It would be nice if the refs would do their job and call holding on these packer line that is holding like crazy. If I can see it 500 miles away there is no excuse. In one case the guy actually threw down the defensive back..

Yeah, we don't need to be playing the refs too. No offense for Mn except for the 1st drive. Webb has no control with the pass. 1st half stats will be dismal at best for Mn..... Nice goal line stand, however. Playing single coverage is hurting us too. GB receivers are wide open.....

I am not kidding, and definitely not bragging, when I claim to be a better passer than Webb. He can't hit the side of a country.

It sure shows that he took 3 snaps all year...... I think he's afraid of throwing an INT...........

I am in NY, and I thought I heard Tebow laughing at those passes when I was walking the dog.

You know the vikes defense is doing an admirable job. they only have 24 points when our offense cannot stay on the field. We just have no offense.

I'll agree. Lots of 3 and outs for GB.

Well, we're off to:

Colts / Ravens
'Hawks / 'Skins

The Houston/Cincy game just goes to show what not scoring TDs in the redzone will do to a dominant performance. I saw the first half, and every time Foster touched the ball, it seemed like he got 7 yards. If they can score some TDs, they'll give the Patriots fits.

How was GB not up 31-3 at the half?

Re: Wildcard Weekend!

Ponder may not be a great QB but Webb isn't giving them a chance. That 4th down penalty that gave GB a 1st down and then a TD was a back breaker.

Yeah, that's not saying much for Webb when we "want" Ponder in the lineup. Not saying the outcome would have been any different, but, Ponder should have made a better game out of it...... O'well..........

Looking forward to some good games today. Especially the Hawks and Skins.......

Just think how much easier its going to be now that you don't really care who wins or loses! So their is a bright side! :)

Been that way for me for years since I live in Los Angeles.

Re: Wildcard Weekend!

Ravens had the fumble call go against them and that was a chippy defensive illegal touch penalty. Colts moving the ball now.

Wonder what is up with Arians ... hope and pray he is okay.

Re: Wildcard Weekend!

What's the review rule regarding fumble posession they are referring to? When can a fumble be reviewed and when not?

I hear ya, a lot less stressful.

Still will pull for teams throughout the playoff. Today I'm pulling for the Colts and not sure on the second game. Will probably decide as the game progresses as long as one team doesn't blowout another..

Re: Wildcard Weekend!

I believe you can review it if you are seeing if it IS a fumble, or if it was recovered in bounds, but because it was on the ground, it is only real time to determine possession.

Doesn't make a lot of sense, but how can a review tell you who had the ball in a pile? I get that ... but that was clearly a non-possession by the Colt's lineman. I think the indisputable evidence ruling should be in effect, if you can determine with indisputable evidence, you let the call on the field stand.

A side note, I get upset at a lot of the reversed calls, not because I don't think the reversing of the call is right, but because there was not INDISPUTABLE evidence. To many calls are reversed because it looks like it should be, not because there is no shred of doubt.

Okay, off my soap box now ...
