I remembered the incident when a coworker brought it up the day Ray Lewis announced his retirement. At the time it occurred I wasn't much into football so I really didn't know Ray Lewis from Tom Brady. I didn't really like Ray Lewis even without realizing he was the one involved in this incident.
I believe I heard somewhere that he has a son who will be playing college football next year, which influenced his decision to retire. He said something about it being "time to start being a dad." I think he's a little behind on that. Also I believe they said in the game yesterday that "all of his kids" were attending the game. I wondered how many that was.
