This one has be baffled. 150TXRA (6G4) X 509484
Runs good first of the day. Jumps out of the hole and goes to 5400 rpms. Cruise around at about 3000 RPM for about 30 min and decide to hammer it. Goes to 5200 rpms and then starts to "bog". I have done this three different days. When its starts "bogging" it will slowly go to 3200 rpm from a stand still. It will not jump out of the hole. If you hammer it it will not get above 2500 rpms. After its starts this bogging it will never go above 3200 rpm the rest of the day.
Replace the fuel pump diaphrams, still the same. Replaced the fuel pumps with new, still the same. Replace filter/separator filter a couple of times. Bypassed the filter separator. Still the same. Remove the carbs and cleaned twice. Still the same. Compression is within 10 percent. Vacuum check the fuel pumps..within spec. Spark check the system and good blue spark at the shop, I have not sparked checked on the water, yet. Ign advance linkage is hooked up and working all the way to the stops. On the water I have drained the carbs from the main jet plug and fuel pours out of all carbs. Filter on the port side of the engine is full of fuel and clean. Replace oring in filter. Replaced all fuel lines from fuel tank to engine. Replaced primer bulb, twice. It never stops running and starts right up. Fuel tank drained and refilled. No anti syphon valve is installed on this fuel system. I know Im missing something? Im busy this time of year so any thoughts???? This afternoon iv cleaned all engine grounds that I can find and found a few dirty. I have not put back in the water yet. Any thoughts???
