    Are you certain the low pressure pump Schrader valve was open when you tested it? I know an adaptor is required for my tester to connect to the LP pump, and that adaptor has to have the pin depressor in it to open the Schrader valve. Of course if it doesn't you will always read zero!

    Did you replace the compete fuel cell assembly or just the hp pump? If it is a new fuel cell, check the vapor vent to the inlet manifold is not passing liquid fuel (float valve not seating). This would cause the engine to flood even though the rest of the fuel system is good!

    Have you replaced the pump shaft seal? If that lets air in you can loose prime in the pump. Also have you checked your thermostat is opening and all the housing ports are clear, weird to have cool risers and high engine temp if they are working.
