    The gear lube fitting broke off and was not replaced, so a band-aid was installed. You need part 861150T02 or if you can find the old style which was all brass

    Agree Will add, I have no problem with AC Delco because they are the OEM. That said, I bought a "brand new" AC Delco gas tank evaporator switch from Rock Auto, and it was bad. Took care to dealer thinking I was missing something, and they replaced the same part and it's fixed

    They do make a connector (don't know the number) but if it was me I would just cut and solder together. Could probably go to any Dealer and they probably have in stock

    Not having ever done it, I would suggest don't over think it. If system works for a 4.3 it will work for you. Can get a Merc or one from Mr Cool Marine.

    Tanks are always installed first then the deck is installed.Your going to have to cut out what ever is in the way and rebuild later I had to cut out the Aft cabin bulkhead and deck above the tank
