    Yea this thread/conversation has gotten OLD. Buy some real glues from real marine vendors. Let us know how you make out after that. There is really nothing else to be said.

    Glass/glue sticks to just about everything even bad wood if done properly. Like JB said. Seems like your process is right. So not trying to get you mad. Something in the application is wrong or the glue is bad. Last comment is how old is the glass? Did it get wet maybe?

    its not the wood its the glue like @jbcurt says. That much non stick is a resin problem. Where did you get the glue?

    Thats a center keel stringer. Needs to be dug out and replaced. Either with new wood or filled with pb then glassed over. Similar to a "strake".

    $$ paints are all over the map. I used @wog formula and soft sand and its very tough. I'm a budget guy. My paint for the boat is the formula @Woodonglass gave me years ago using rustoleum.

    I despise people like you cause you are too SMART! And have the coolest tools! Excellent work says I! Dam good. Next you want to poly every inch of the ply prior to setting it in. All edges all cuts need sealed. Best would be to glass it prior to setting then recut the grooves and poly again so...
