Took my little man to work this morning and hopped into the boat to sand in the pouring rain. Turning out ok. Looks like it's stopping again maybe get the roof grabrails started.
1700 no csm
1708 csm
csm is broken down by poly not poxy. I don't make up the chemicals. It'll
work but now you are wasting costly epoxy and the cost of 1708 being more than 1700.
I did the same mistake...
And I found and ordered some plexiglass out of NY. Freight is better at $55.00. 4x8 sheet is $200.00 delivered. My buddy has a freind with some and thats @ $100.00 for the other windows. Went with clear for side windows.

Going glass has always been out of the question due to quotes. Found a place in NY for only 500.00 geez.
Here we go...
I shopped for the acrylic plexiglass to finish my boat windows. Went to original vendor and a 2nd vendor. Appears the majority of the mfg's are down south like Tx.
Verbally recieved quotes and no priced quote return via em from vendors. Another conversation was they are short...
You can do that and add less to fill and come back after cure and finish it/fill it again, its about the depth of the fill and the heat it generates.
Just make a slower mix.
I would grind out the cracks and refill.
Most times when it cracks or swells is because it was made too "hot" and a blob in a hole for filling in depth over heats. Probably wouldn't if a skim coat
type of fix. Thing is I can't tell by the picks if it swelled.
