    19?? Starcraft Jetstar

Splashed it today at a nearby lake I've never been to ( Canadarago ). Launch is a great/ easy launch, trailer launched great. Hit the choke, and it did have to crank a second or 2 but it fired right up.. I forgot to prime the bulb or it would have started right off I didn't get any good pics...

    Lorad LDX-600

I am no expert, but I think that unit is for use on the ocean. Pretty FA is for fathoms which is 1 fathom for every 6' A 24' boat, I doubt your going to venture that far out, you can get by with the readout on a good chart plotter.. And check the original transducer for that old one as it...

25hp to 35hp with carb swap???

I tend to agree. I drove a '74 MGB daily for 2 summers. One time it dropped a cylinder, and I determined it to be compression loss. Got it home, adjusted the valves and had it back out the next morning. Other than a squealing belt from time to time, it was one of the most reliable vehicles...

25hp to 35hp with carb swap???

You need the intake and carburator from a 30/35hp and then you need to time it to the 30/35hp specs and you'll also want to re prop it. It does not cost much. $100 for a carb or so, and $30 for the intake The 35hp lost 5hp in 1986? due to the prop vs crank rated hp change. They were 30hp...

1988 evinrude 8 hp control setup

Yeah, you could hook up a simplex box to it. You'll need the adapter kit for remote controls. I don't think the 'kit' is still available but all of the parts are. search 0173689 and you might find one from another supplier

It would actually cool better at a higher temp due to the pressures. I've only ever converted one vehicle. It did not cool when the ambient was below about 70*, but if it was over 70* it would be 20* colder out of the vents.. 115* where I live is a very rare occurrence.

which is why most of the conversions are done with the $49 kit that has the valve adapters and a few cans of freon. Not as cold, but colder than none

if you buy just the conversion kit, it's basically the schrader valve adapters and the freon.. But done correctly, it would include the correct pump.

Freeze 12 is banned I think, but there are still many to be had. Facebook marketplace showed dozens at $12-25 each the problem with 134A in a 12 system is the pump is designed for 12 and when you run 134A, the pressures are off. It will never cool cold, always just ok. If this were a round...

it's removing a couple adapter fittings and putting in the original schrader valves. Those valves are not vehicle specific. Trip to the junkyard would get a handfull of them

Being a '91, just find some Freeze 12 and convert it back

    1995 Omc 302 replacement to 351 help

You can bolt a flywheel to any 302. FWIW, 1996-1997 Expolrers and the OBS body style Ford Lightnings got GT40 heads, along with SN95 Mustangs. GT40P came in 1998 and ran to 2002 but were only available on Explorers

    1995 Omc 302 replacement to 351 help

They are better, as long as you can get manifold/ headers to fit.. If that is the case they are easier to find, as they were used 1998-2002 on Explorers

    1995 Omc 302 replacement to 351 help

Waste of time.. You either need to get a marine 351 cam, the 351W is wider, you may need specific manifolds, not sure about that 100%... All to gain, a few hp, and by a few, I mean by 20-30hp. Now if you really want to do something cool, you can put GT40 heads on a 347 stroker, marine 351W...

    Installing an inverter

If your operating equipment with chargers/ power adapters it will be fine. The chargers don't like the power, and you will actually be able to hear coil whine if you put your ear up to a plugged in adapter, but it sends clean power out and it does work.. Your Mac charges with USB-C and there...

    1989 vs 2008 4.3 differences

4.3 has many fairly major differences between those years.. Just going from 1989 to 1993 there were some fairly major improvements.. I think even the intake manifold is different. I know it would be on a 5.7L for sure, which is a Vortec head vs pre vortec difference
